Advertising
We use the TikTok Pixel, provided by TikTok, to measure which of our TikTok ads bring visitors and sales and to show our ads to people who may be interested. The pixel records which pages and products you view, what you add to your bag or wishlist, searches, and purchases. If you are signed in or place an order, your email address and phone number are sent only in hashed (SHA-256) form. We also report purchases directly from our server to TikTok (Events API), so they are counted even if your browser blocks the pixel.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ttp | TikTok | Recognises your browser to measure ads | 13 months |
| ttclid | TikTok | Links your visit to the TikTok ad you clicked | Up to 30 days |
If you turn ad measurement off with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, the pixel is no longer loaded in that browser and your later orders are not reported to TikTok. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; the shop may then forget your bag or sign you out. See TikTok's privacy policy for how TikTok handles data.
